Summary:
The Research Analyst for VIPTC supports the Virginia Infection Prevention Training Center in collection of participant data, creation of surveys for participants, and analyzing/reporting participant data to inform program successes and areas of opportunities. The incumbent is an integral part of program evaluation to show/ensure optimal use of public resources towards the mission of the VIPTC to grow infection prevention expertise across the State of Virginia.
Position Responsibilities:
-- Survey design, collaborating with both office of Continuing Education and Program Evaluation Professionals for VCU
-- Data collection
-- Coordination with branding/marketing contractors towards additional survey design/data collection and analysis
-- Reporting of participant characteristics, feedback, and ongoing IPC needs to sponsor in monthly intervals
-- Maintenance of VIPTC data dashboards
-- Ad hoc webinar or course content creation in areas of expertise ie managing and displaying data in infection prevention
Required Qualifications:
-- Certified in Infection Control
-- Registered Nurse with experience in bedside care
-- Experience in IPC
-- Training in Healthcare Informatics
Position is open until filled.
This is a restricted position with no set end date; continued employment is dependent upon project need, availability of funding, and performance.
