Position Description:
Under general supervision, assists with the financial reporting needs of the UNI Family Business Center (FBC); assists with monthly review of financial accounts; assists with budgets as needed; assists with all aspects of client accounting and updating; assists with planning of virtual and live events; completes PAFs and vouchers; assists in the reconciling staff pro cards; assists in the preparing and reconciling of travel authorizations for staff; assists in end of year reporting requirements for various programs; assists with RSP reporting for various grants; oversees all FBC purchasing of supplies and maintenance of and purchasing of equipment; performs client data entry and maintenance for multiple programs; assists in completing maintenance requests and other facility related duties; and performs other related duties as assigned.
This is a first shift position with a part-time work schedule of 20-30 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
Required Qualifications:
Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment and includes the use of word processing.
