Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design and development of custom designed pressure vessels, sterilizers and mixers.
• Develop, qualify and refine manufacturing processes, including welding, trimming, shearing, rolling, bending, and more to meet all design and business requirements.
• Document and standardize welding, assembly, and other processes and own the creation and modification of manufacturing planning.
• Work with design engineers to evaluate designs for manufacturability and implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role supporting metal fabrication, assembly, or welding.
• No degree in Engineering required with relevant (Mechanical or Electrical) experience (Bachelors or Masters degree a plus)
• Knowledge of metallic manufacturing techniques, processes, and equipment related to welding, metal forming, fastening, and drilling.
• Strong CAD modeling skills
• Mechanical component and/or tooling design and analysis experience

Compensation:

• $85K
• Eligible for Pay increase after mid-year or annual performance review
• Eligible for Medical Insurance, 401k employer matching
• PTO accrual of 1 week per year for 1st year and 2 weeks per year after one year employment, 15 paid Holidays per year
