Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and administrators, the Elementary Teacher contributes to a cohesive educational community, actively participating in curriculum development and school-wide initiatives. They assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and implementing interventions when necessary to ensure academic success. Moreover, the Elementary Teacher serves as a mentor, guiding students in developing essential life skills and promoting positive social-emotional development.
