ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION, Sloan School of Management, Will be responsible for scheduling program-related meetings and serving as liaison for the program directors with varied constituents for a select list of calendar management issues; organizing materials for these meetings with faculty, and client meetings with senior executives; working with program directors to schedule faculty for specified executive education programs; and performing a variety of other duties in support of the program directors.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years of administrative, office, or related experience; meticulous attention to detail; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills; service orientation; discretion with confidential information; a collaborative approach to work and comfort interacting with diverse groups of colleagues; and proficiency with MS Office software and the ability to proactively learn and adapt to new software and systems, including online collaboration and customer relationship management tools. Must be able to multitask and manage and track multiple priorities, proactively determine needed actions, and work to quick deadlines; communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and via email; work independently and with the senior associate dean, the director of finance, administration, and strategic initiatives, and other members of the team; and adapt to change and take on new projects. This role is eligible for a hybrid work schedule that aligns with Office of Executive Education practices.
