Job Summary

Serves as the lead recruiter and manages lead generation for the Chapman Graduate School of Business and its programs. Assists with developing strategy and tactics to meet admissions goals. In general, this position manages several pipelines.
  • Ensures enrollment target are met for the Chapman Graduate School of Business programs.
  • Manages supporting staff working on lead generation, lead management, events and pipeline.
  • Works closely with Chapman leadership in executing a recruitment plan by developing strategy and tactics to meet admissions goals, which includes customer relationship management initiatives for prospects and early stage applicants.
  • Develops recruitment marketing efforts and conducts outreach to organizations and prospects with likely professionals eligible for admission.
  • Develops and executes a recruitment events and information sessions. Assists with efforts to source and synthesize program, market, and industry data for development of recruiting.
  • Leads recruitment events at various campus and center locations for the assigned programs, including engaging the participation of faculty and students/alums. Promotes the College's graduate programs through various channels including, but not limited to, online, face-to-face interaction, open houses, and college fairs.
  • Represents assigned Chapman Graduate School programs establishing contact with organization, applicants and corporations. Coordinates the initial processing and review of candidate applications and assists with the development of strategies and tactics to achieve goals.
  • Manages inquiry and applicant flow data for the assigned graduate programs.
  • Provides support in the implementation of communication campaigns for inquiries and prospects.
  • Collaborates with other college constituents to foster the highest standards of quality, customer service, and educational value in all our programs.
  • Oversees the quality of the customer service offered by ensuring phone calls and messages are answered in a timely manner.
  • Provides recommendations on procedures for the unit to improve administrative and operational procedures for the recruitment process.
  • Provides information to prospective students regarding the admissions and financial aid process and procedures.
  • Coordinates with applicants, current students, alumni and program managers regarding any issues related to recruitment. Works closely with the program manager to develop a social media strategy that promotes events and prospect development.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree 5 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with students in an educational setting.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience in inside sales, call center, recruitment, or student enrollment services.
  • Experience with CRM software.
